Bug in Rise? - Labeled graphic marker problem in duplicated courses

Hi there,

I have a course with a labelled graphic. Everything works. BUT if I duplicate the course, the markers of the labelled graphic (in the copy) won't work properly.

  • On a phone (both android (Chrome) and iphone (Safari)) the markers never show up.
  • On a computer (PC - Chrome, Edge, Firefox) they won't show up either UNLESS my mouse cursor somehow enters the area of the labelled graphic. Then the markers will suddenly show up.

I've tried building the labelled graphic again by adding a new block, setting up markers and adding text. But when I do it in a copy of another course, the same thing happens.

Are you aware of any current bugs regarding duplicate courses?

Btw, I haven't turned on block entrance animations

EDIT: Actually it seems to happen, when I publish with no navigation, so it might not be related to duplicating/copying courses. I just published my duplicated course with navigation ON, and suddenly the markers show up like normal

EDIT2: I've set navigation to ON in all the courses of my current project, and it has solved almost every problem with markers not showing up....except one! I still have one course, where markers won't show up unless my mouse cursor enters the area of the labelled graphics. I no longer know what to do 😅

      Hello SuneBjerre,

Thank you for sharing such a detailed account of your troubleshooting. It's clear you've tried a lot of different approaches already. It looks like this issue only happens with a particular course and not all of them, which is helpful information.

Would you be willing to share the affected Rise 360 course with us in a support case? Having direct access will allow our team to investigate more deeply and identify what might be causing the labeled graphic markers to behave this way.

Please let us know if you'd like to proceed, and thanks again for all the information you've provided so far!
