Bug with Thai symbols

Hello!

We`re working on the course in StoryLine 360 in Thai language. And after publishing in Review 360 there`re bugs with symbol "นำ". The reverse r is showed incorrectly if we use bold formatting (this symbol isn`t bold). We used 3 fonts - Noto Sans Thai, Cordia New and Arial Unicode. There`s this bug in all cases. In StoryLine project all is okay, but in Review 360 and in SCORM we see this bug.

Can you advise something how we can fix this?

Thank you!

  • Hello Garry,

Thanks so much for reaching out and sharing what fonts you are currently using in your course. Sorry to hear you've run into this snag. Happy to help!

Are you aware if this happens with any other fonts in your course? If you've tested other fonts, do you have the same result?

Would it be possible for you to upload your .story file to this thread or privately in a support case? It would be helpful to take a closer look at your setup and replicate this with your file.

Looking forward to hearing from you! ✨
