Bugs on storyline - previews and export not working
Hello,
I am currently in training and need to work on Storyline to create a project. I bought especially a PC with the features mentioned as necessary on articulate's website to use Storyline and I downloaded the July 30, 2024 version and when I work on a project the previews are never displayed and I take extreme times to export a project (1h30 for a simple 5 slide quiz).
Is this a version problem? Should I uninstall and reinstall the application in another version?
Thanx a lot for your help I need to be able to work on Storyline so that I can finalize my project and obtain my training certification.

This sounds like it could be caused by a number of factors. I would suggest that you uninstall the software, then reinstall it. Make sure you are not trying to install any components to a shared network location (put everything in your C:\ drive).
If the problems continue after you do this, I would reach out to Articulate and open a support case.

If Joe's suggestion of reinstalling Storyline (Version 3.91.33139.0) doesn't do the trick, please let us know so we can figure out what's happening.
