Built in graded questions with drop-downs

Question

Hi, hoping someone can help with these two queries:&nbsp;

Is there a way to have answers not shuffle in drop-down questions?&nbsp;
I can't work out how to trigger a button state change once the learner has selected an option from all of the drop-downs.
