Bullets formatting issue generated after publishing the course

Dear Articulate Support Team,

We are experiencing an issue with bullets formatting in our recently published course. We used the Montserrat font throughout the course, and the formatting of bullets changes after the course is published. The development of this module was completed using three different machines. We ensured that the Montserrat font was applied uniformly across all slides and verified that all three machines had the same version of Articulate software and the Montserrat font installed. In preview mode within Articulate, the bullets appeared correctly formatted. However, after publishing, the bullets do not retain their formatting. Specifically, the font size, spacing, and alignment of bullets appear inconsistent across different sections of the course, and the issue persists regardless of the viewing platform, such as browsers or the Articulate Mobile Player.

Could you please provide detailed troubleshooting steps or guidelines to resolve this issue? Are there any known compatibility issues with the Montserrat font in published courses? Additionally, we would appreciate any best practices for maintaining consistent formatting across different machines and after publishing. If needed, we can provide access to the course file or screenshots of the issue for further investigation.
