Buttons do not appear for some users
Hello - I have searched for this but could not find anything? Out of over 100 users there are a few instances where a button on a button driven menu does not appear and it prevents users from comple...
Was there any update on this problem. We are now starting to get a lot more of these with our courses. A group of 10 in class, 80% can see the next button when triggered, the other 20%, the next button does not show and cannot continue the course?
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
