Can I create question pool in Rise 360?

And if you’re an Articulate 360 Teams subscriber, you can easily share question bank folders with other team members to ensure consistency across your organization’s courses.

Meow Meow, you can set your quiz attempts to 2, and then the course is considered failed and/or incomplete. Your LMS settings will determine whether you can allow your learner to retake the course after that status. Hope that helps!
