Can I disable feedback in Rise 360 Knowledge Check blocks?
Is there a way to turn off the default “Correct/Incorrect” feedback in Knowledge Check blocks in Rise 360? I want learners to respond without seeing any feedback. Any workarounds?

Not really. You could edit the label, (after creating a copy) and delete 'Correct' and 'Incorrect', labels but users will still see the cross and tick icons.
Alternatively, you could do this in Storyline.
