Can I embed a Storyline Interaction into Microsoft Stream?
I'd like to embed a storyline interaction into Microsoft Stream...is this possible?
If you publish SL to the web, it is a web page (HTML) file. Any browser can open it and it will run as intended.
If you publish to a video, any app that can play videos will play it, but there will be no interaction.

Following up on that second part, if I make a video with interaction (two buttons, one that repeats a step and one that continues to the next for a tutorial video) are you saying there's no way to upload that to Microsoft stream directly? I don't know stream too well, is it like sharepoint where it's simply a file sharing system?
