Can I import avatars from Storyline into Rise?
How do I add avatars to my Rise course?
I saw a video how this can be done by using text+image block but when I go to the content library, I do not see a selection of Avatars that I can see in Storyline. Is there a way to import these into Rise?
Hi there, Anahita! The content library characters are available in scenario blocks, but they don't plug directly into other image block types.
Some folks use the characters in Storyline 360 courses, and they save the character image files to be uploaded into Rise 360. Try that and let me know if it gets you closer to what you want!
Ok, thanks for letting me know. I thought the characters are under the content library in Rise. Is there a plan to add them in the future?
It's not on our near-term roadmap, but we are counting requests for this feature. I added this discussion so we can update you here if there are changes!
Having the same issue - can't use the 'scenario' block as its too restrictive on text and formatting, but would like to use avatars in some areas to support the content. Bit frustrating to have to create images from Storyline to then insert into Rise and they are also coming up a bit blurry trying to do this. Would be good to add them to the content library!
