Hey, Michael!
If you don't have any other content and only need to have this content transferred to another user, remove yourself from the seat (even if it's temporary!) and you'll be prompted to assign the content to another user. Once they've got the content you can always add yourself back to the seat if needed!
Another option would be to look at using Team Folders so that they can access and author there directly and then everyone has access to it (while you remain the owner).
