Can i set score_can_only_improve to TRUE within the storyline UI?

Hello - when we publish quizzes with xapi, we want to be able to set SCORE_CAN_ONLY_IMPROVE to true. It seems to default to false, and i don't see anything in the UI to change this. but wondering if it is actually controlled through some other quiz setting that i'm missing.
