Can I use a Rise Javascript block to send a custom bookmark location to the LMS

Thank you for your reply, Lauren! Georvy recommended that I post the Javascript part of my question on the Code Block forum, which I have just done.
The other alternative is putting a quiz question at the end of each of my four paths that users have to answer. My question relating to that is, if the course is set to tracking on the Storyline Block completion, will it still record the answers to quiz questions within the LMS? Because if so that would tell the client what they want to know. I will clarify that part of the question to Georvy, and will record here whether what is wanted is possible or no!
