Can learners continue in Reach 360?
In Reach 360, can learners pause their learning at any point and continue later at that exact point? Or in other words: Will their learning state be saved?
Hi there, Luka!
Yes, learners can pick up where they left off as long as the content allows it:
- Rise 360 content will always resume at the top of the lesson where the learner left off.
- Storyline 360 content can be set to prompt to resume where they left off, always resume, and never resume (start over), and this is the course author's choice.
If a learner is removed from Reach 360 and added back at a later date, their progress will still be saved. As long as they're still enrolled in the content, they can access it.

Hi Crystal,
Concerning Rise 360, meanwhile the learners don't achieve the 100%, they will resume at the top of the lesson. Correct.
But, once they achieve the 100% and the course is marked as "completed", if they leave and access later to review some concept, they are forced to restart from scratch (but the course keeps the "completed" status). Is this normal? or am I wrong in any parameter?
Thanks in advance.- WBTIAPCommunity Member
@Pedro: This thread is meant to be about REACH 360. Thank you.

Hello Crystal
Thank you for your explanaition.
But how is this handled in Reach 360? When a course made with Rise is published in Reach?Sorry for the delay, Luka!
In Reach 360, the learner will log in, and they'll see that the course is in-progress, and it will look like this:
Once they launch that course, they'll pick up at the top of the Rise 360 lesson where they left off!

Hello Crystal
Just so I understand correctly: the learner continues
a) at the beginning of the lesson ("top of the lesson" as you phrase it)
or
b) exactly where he stopped the last time?

HI IAP,
It's letter A. Once the learner relaunches the course, it will load the beginning of the lesson where they left off.
