Can QR Code get to Review 360 without need to Sign In?
I want our students to access Storyline videos in Review 360 via a QR code. The QR code works, but the sign-in option remains. Keep in mind, they don't have to sign in. The video will play. However, I don't want the sign-in option to be there. I just want the video within Storyline to play.
Is there a way to eliminate the sign-in screen? Would Reach 360 allow me to do this? I don't have experience with Reach 360, but I'm willing to learn if it will solve the problem.

Agreeing with PhilMayor, I think he's referring to Articulate Reach as their quick deployment system. In general, one pays for an LMS (Learning Management System) and Articulate is not in the business of giving away that service. For very small deployments, you could try something like SCORM Cloud.

Review isn't intended for deployment, so there is no option for what you need. You should have reach as part of your account for up to 300 users. I also believe articulate have a quick deployment method.

Review isn't designed for deployment, but you should be able to access without having to login

Yes, I can. However, I don't want to have any sign of a login button.
In short, I would like it to work like a video showing up in social media. The learner would just need to play the video. Having said that, I realize social media requires an account and a login. But I want to eliminate that process by having the learner to seamlessly play the video without any other necessary functions to adjust.
Hello CJLu,
Thanks for reaching out! There currently isn’t a way to remove the sign-in option or other Review interface elements entirely. Since Review 360 is designed for feedback and collaboration, not learner deployment, you’ll still see those controls even on publicly shared links.
For the cleaner, learner-focused experience you described, Reach 360 would be a better fit. It’s designed for delivering training content to learners, and you can enable Self-Registration via a QR code.
Another option is to publish your Storyline project as a Video File so you can play it locally without a server.
If you have any follow-up questions, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your setup in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
