Can you animate a dotted line following an object?
Can you animate a a dotted line following a plan in Storyline? Any tips or links to a tutorial would be much appreciated. I have the plane following a curved motion path (Oriented to that path). I would like to animate the red dotted line following the plane?

Hi Bobby,
I'm assuming you want the dotted line to kind of follow the plane. Assuming that's correct, I would add the complete red dotted line, and then use the wipe entrance animation from the left, and time it to match the length of time the motion path for the plane runs.
The approach from David would work in most cases.
Another alternative would be to have a solid shape matching the background slowly reveal the line below it, using the same animation speed/direction as the plane. This can allow you to reveal things in a non-linear way.
