Can you do a Question and Answer setup in Rise 360 Scenario Block?
Hi, I'm building a Rise 360 Scenario block, and was given three questions for learners to choose the correct answer. Is the scenario block built to do this or am I using it incorrectly? I'm not sure where to put the feedback for the correct response.

You should see a feedback option.
Hi Donna! You will not get an option for feedback if you choose a Text interaction.
However, you should be able to add feedback for the Dialogue interaction as shown below.
