Can you make a volume control button in a mobile or tablet view?

I'm a bit shocked that a volume control button is not available on a mobile device player. Is it possible to make a button that will control volume on a mobile device? Any information/assistance ...

iOS doesn't allow changing volume with JavaScript in browser, only mute/unmute is possible.

Unfortunately, articulate cannot change that
