Cannot Change Start of Entrance Animation
I watched the video tutorial and read the Storyline Essentials for Animations in Storyline. I have three images I want to fly into the screen one after the other. The video seems to show that I can adjust the time when the fly-in begins by dragging the object in the timeline to the right. The animation start time and its end time move as one.
It doesn't work that way for me. When I click and hold the mouse button on an object in the timeline it moves the start time marker but the end time marker does not move. Okay, when I try to drag the end time on the object, it moves the end time marker on all the objects in the timeline.
What am I missing.
Regards,
Frank
Hey Frank - to control the timing of the object so the object doesn't move with the end frame, you'll need to disable the "show until end" option. You can do that by right clicking the object in the timeline and deslecting show until end.

Thank you, David, for your quick response, especially on a weekend.
I also discovered that right-clicking on the timeline gives the option of a "Timing" window that solved the problem
I won't ruin your weekend with any snarky remarks. I worked for a technical documentation company for many years, so I can be harsh sometimes. The stories I could tell. Ha-Ha.
