Hi Dave, I'm sorry to hear you ran into this behavior. I can confirm that we are currently tracking a known bug in Rise 360 that prevents learners from cropping GIF images. I've added this ELH post to the bug report so we can notify everyone who is subscribed to the thread as soon as a fix is released. |
