Cannot generate Lessons with AI
I have taken this issue to support but no help so far...
I have been using the AI Assistant in Rise 360 to generate the learning objectives, then the lessons and lastly creating the course. I find this a super-useful place to start for content creation. However, the last several courses I tried to develop will not let me generate the LESSONS as a final AI step. I get an error in the bottom right and the Generate Lessons button never appears: Complete required fields to Continue. I cannot see any additional fields to complete and support cannot access the content because I have not generated the lessons yet.
Has anyone run into this issue and have a solution?

I checked in on the original case, and it looks like the team was able to narrow it down to something specific to the course files being used. When they tested with a new course and different source content, lesson generation worked as expected.
From there, they requested a copy of the affected files to take a closer look and investigate what might be causing the “Complete required fields” message.
If you’re seeing the same behavior, there’s a good chance it could also be tied to the content or setup of that specific course. It would be best to open a support case so the team can review your course directly and pinpoint what’s happening.
In the meantime, if you try creating a new course with different source material, it may help confirm whether it’s file-specific on your end as well.
