Cannot get video to autoplay in Storyline Block in Rise.

I have a video that I need to autoplay after clicking the divider button.  I've inserted a Storyline block and have the video set to play automatically in Storyline but it won't autoplay.  I've made sure Storyline is updated.  I've deleted the block in Review 360 and tried multiple times.  I've tried a trigger to set the video to play when the timeline starts, but no luck.  Any suggestions?
