    Hello DjCannon and KarlMuller,

    Good day! We released a new update for Rise 360, which fixes the problem you encountered where users cannot type the hex code in a Labeled graphic's style color settings. There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available.

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback, working with Labeled Graphics in Rise 360!

I can confirm we have this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360. This bug prevents authors from modifying the custom color (Hex) field for Labeled Graphics. I've included you both in the bug report, so we can notify you as soon as a fix is in place! In the meantime, as a workaround we suggest:

  1. Copying the Hex code from another source.
  2. Double-click the existing Hex code in the Block, and paste the copied Hex code.
  3. Once pasted, the color will apply.
  4. Click anywhere outside of the custom color menu to save your changes, and close the window.
