Can't open the Storyline 360 desktop app
I can't open the Storyline 360 desktop app. When the app launches, the screen fails to load the interface and I can't interact with anything.
I've updated to the latest version, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting temporary files, and restarting my computer, but nothing worked.
Is there a solution to this problem?

Submit a case to the support staff.
The User Guide also has an article about fixing unexpected or erratic behavior.
I also suggest you try reverting to an earlier version of Storyline, one that did work for you. You can do that using the Articulate 360 app.
Whether any earlier version launches (or not) could provide a clue for the support staff.
