Caption shape drop shadow bug
Not sure how long this has been a bug but all 3 of our developers are seeing this: If you put the triangle call out on a caption shape on the left side the drop shadow stops rendering half way out. ...

This bug is still open in Storyline 3. I'll share your experience and keep you posted on its status. If you can share the file with us in the meantime, we're happy to take a look and offer more tailored support!
Note: Our process for developing Storyline 3 updates is different than it is for Storyline 360, so we aren’t able to keep them in sync. We do occasionally release fixes between updates, but that can introduce risks so we undertake that only in limited circumstances.
