Captions Not Loading After Publishing Course
Hello,
We have a course with several videos. We've captioned them all and uploaded them to the course as VTT files in the normal method (click the video, manage, upload CC). We can see the captions...
We did a little more digging and have more info.
Whatever the issue is, its causing the "parsing errors" so the captions won't load at all. I believe that our changes to the caption header was WRONG. It should just be "WEBVTT" not all of that other stuff.
After fixing that, we threw the caption file into a VTT validator and it came back good but it still throws this error.
