Change in Settings
In the past when I started a blank course or edited an existing course there where sections where I could upload a logo, and image for Title along with the text for the course title. Those options no longer appear

Hi Forrest,
That functionality changed this week, and can now be found under the THEME tab for each course.
Open your course, and select THEME.
Select Cover Page.
There you can edit the Course Image.
If you scroll all the way down on Cover Page, you can upload the logo at the very bottom.
