Change of supplier
I currently have 10 Articulate 360 seats up for renewal in April, my company is changing vendor/supplier. Will the change of supplier affect the content we previously created ?

Vendor/supplier of what?
The only thing that can affect previous content is who has physical control of the .story file. Without that, no change can be made to the course. If you are changing the supplier of your courses, you had better not change until you have all the .story (original) files physically on servers you control.
If it is published, what matters is who controls access to it, as the published version cannot be changed, only deleted, or have its access controlled.
Hi, Helen!
I see you connected with my teammate, Lejan, in a support case. That was a great call! If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
In the meantime, I'd like to provide some clarity on this in case anyone in the community has a similar question!
As Walt explained, you'll need the original .story file to make edits to a Storyline 360 course. Additionally, content that users created in Rise 360 is tied to their Articulate ID (email address).
- If the subscription expires, the content will remain in their ID for at least six months. After that, we'll permanently delete them from our servers, and we won't be able to restore them.
- When you purchase or renew the subscription within those six months, the users can access their content again once they have joined the new team subscription.
If you have any questions about your Articulate account or renewal, please connect with our Customer Success team who will be happy to jump in!
