Change Owner in Rise
My coworker created a course in Rise (therefore he is the owner). He is now leaving our department. Is there a way he can change the owner of the course to me?
You also have to have at least one collaborator assigned.

That is correct. You can only transfer ownership to another team member that is currently a collaborator on that course.
And if the new owner is not yet a collaborator on that course, they need to be added first.
