Hi DanielEident-aa I'm afraid this is not possible and the question IDs are automatically generated based on scene/slide/question type. The only thing you can really do to address this, is to create a mapping document that can be used with the question IDs, for example:
Scene9_Slide3_MultiChoice_0_0 : What is the capital of Australia
