Change the position of a screencast recording

Hi everyone, I just wanted to add my voice, I'd also appreciate if there was an option to move / scale / resize the screencast. :)

In the meantime, we’ve found a workaround that works for us, although it’s a bit inconvenient. We create a white background area that matches the size of our slides and position the program we want to screencast within that area exactly where we want it to appear on the slide. For example, we leave space on the left for an introduction text and some white space at the top for a header.

Then, we record the entire white area, including the positioned program window. This makes it appear as though the screencast is aligned to the bottom right of the slide, even though it’s actually centered fullscreen—with the surrounding white space giving the illusion of positioning.

However, this approach requires careful planning in advance, as the position cannot be adjusted after recording.
