Change username
Hello,
Quite a simple question I guess, but it's annoying and time consuming. Does anyone know how to find ones username or change it? I need to update Storyline in order to be able to open a file. I have contacted the Stoyrline support with no success...

To sign into Articulate 360 (or this community website), you use the email address associated with your Articulate license. There's no username required.
Everyone does have a username on this community site. To change that, click your profile pic in the upper right of the page, and select My Settings. The Personal settings section lets you edit your username.
Thanks Judy! It turned out I had e bigger problem than just the username. I've been contacted by the support team now.
