Changer le vignette d'une video dans RISE
Hello, thank you for this answer.
As I was browsing your website, I found this template in which the first image of the video is not compressed. We can see that the quality is very good.
How would you explain this ? Do you know which technique has been used ?

Hi SarahAkel,
Thanks for your questions!
This course is part of the Real Content Templates. I can confirm that we have used a high-quality still image as the poster frame and our Rise Business Content Videos have a custom player.
I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Have a great weekend!

Hi LucianaPiazza
Thank you for your answer.
- What do you meen by hight quality ? (HD, 4K ?)
- Is this custom player the reason why the image is high quality? If so would you know the difference between this custom player and the one in Rise?I am sorry for all this questions but we are looking to produce hight content quality and this template demonstrate the ability to do so however it is not what we experience on Rise.

Hello SarahAkel,
I'm happy to chime in. I appreciate your follow-up questions.
The custom player we used is not the reason for the high-quality image. First, use a high-quality video with a 16:9 aspect ratio for the best results in your published courses. It can be HD or 4K, depending on the kind of result you'd like.
Then, you can apply Lea's suggestion above to use a video editing tool like Replay 360 to add a high-quality image to the first frame and re-publish the video as an MP4 file. To skip video compression, you can add _NOPROCESS_ to the name of your video file.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have additional questions.
