First off, I'd like to make sure you are aware that you have the option to undock the timeline to place it on another monitor.

Another thing I'd like to point out is that when you are working in your timeline, there will be additional contrast with a darker blue color.
- For example, here's a screenshot of my timeline after inserting two rectangles into the slide and selecting Rectangle 1. You'll see that that selected shape is more prominent in the timeline.
Dark Mode is a common request that we have in the E-Learning Heroes Community. I'll be sure to add your voice to the Feature Request. We will update this post with any news.
I wanted to share some information about how we manage these feature requests as that may be helpful as well.
