That's annoying. How about duplicating and changing the graph type? Or ensuring that there are no hidden formatting fields, if your numbers were pasted from another program.

There's no content to edit, unfortunately. The screenshot is showing all that is left of the whole lesson, which contained quite a bit of content.

I am able to replicate the issue if anyone wants to try. In a lesson that you can lose all content of:
- Create a bar chart. You don't need to change anything from the default graph.
- Edit the content of the graph.
- In the Values label field ("Add a values label here..."), type a percentage sign. No need to hit enter. Just type that in and all will disappear.
