Chapter in a module appears to be corrupted. Options?

Thanks for taking the time to document the steps to reproduce this, that’s incredibly helpful. And thanks as well to Chris-Hurst​ and JudyNollet​ for chiming in with ideas and suggestions here.

This behavior is related to the same issue we’ve been investigating, where editing chart blocks could cause lesson content to disappear. Our team is actively reviewing reports of content being affected, including what options may be available for restoring content in certain cases. If you’d like us to review your course or see whether restoration is possible, please let us know.

The good news is that this issue has already been addressed, and the fix is in place, so it shouldn’t happen again going forward.
