Characters appearing, NOT in timeline????
I haver a slide and random characters are appearing, even though I deleted all characters from the timeline.
I spent a LOT of time on this slide, only for this to start happening. Do I need to re-create the slide from scratch, or is there a quick fix?
Are they on a master or a layer?

This doesn't sound like expected behavior so I'm happy to investigate what's going on. As Walt suggested, it will be helpful to view your .story file. You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
Thanks for the replies, but I re-did the slide and it's ok now (the new one).
Working with Articulate products for 10 yrs has made me a bit jaded. I just come to expect random, weird, and time-consuming issues. Happens frequently.
