Characters in Storyline 360
I'm unable to download characters in Storyline 360, but I am able to download other images, illustrations, icons and videos. Where are the characters coming from so I can have my network IT verify access.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble downloading characters in Storyline 360!
It sounds like certain network endpoints may need to be configured. After connecting with your IT admin, please have them check if port 443 is open. If not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's 'allowlist'.
