So my team has pointed out to me that, let's say I fall off the earth tomorrow, how can my collaborators gain full access to the course to be able to publish or make dire changes? Right no...

We are excited to share that we have released Rise 360 Team Folders! You can now create shared team folders in Rise 360 to organize your content and share content with collaborators even faster. We know this has been a popular feature request, and we can't wait for you to finally check it out!
Your Rise 360 dashboard will look slightly different but don't worry. You can find all of your content, personal and shared, in the My View section. If you run into any snags or have additional questions about Rise 360 Team Folders, our team is available in this discussion or a support case.
Been 3 years since original post and a year since my comment. I now have a team of 20 earning Articulate $20k a year yet I still can't browse/search/edit all lessons, even though I am the account holder.
PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN!
Echo your frustration. We've subsequently found there's multiple duplicates. Despite providing clear instruction and training, we are discovering all these new courses we had no idea about and they need to be published asap with little/no QA/QC and full of errors. Becomes our problem..
