Color in Feedback Master not Carried to Feedback Layers

Yes. As the "Master Feedback" screen shot I submitted shows, it does look correct.
Yes, I can apply it, but what gets applied has the wrong colors, as shown in the other screen shot I submitted, "Applied Feedbback."
