How can I find comments and feedback after they disappear?
The only current way to locate unresolved comments is by using an old feedback link. This is not a client-friendly way to send iterative reviews.
If I go into the new or old version of the course, using the edit or review link, there is nothing in the comments or feedback section.

Happy to help! Comments disappear from the Comments panel once tagged as Resolved, and the "Show resolved comments" option is unticked. You can only see comments in the Rise course if you are in the lesson or quiz where the comment was created or on the Course Overview page, which shows all comments across all lessons and quizzes.
If you go to the Course Overview page, do you see the comments you are looking for?
