Review 360 - Feedback disappeared
Heyo, saw this was posted a few years back as an issue, seems the issue is still present?
I put two courses up for review using Review 360. One of them all the comments and feedback came through. The other, exported the exact same way with no revisions or previous versions, all of the feedback is missing.
Before you ask, I already checked the addressed comments option using the ellipses in the top right corner. That is not the issue. My colleague also checked through his account on the course and he cannot see any feedback comments either. I got emails for 2 comments on this course, and I can't find them in Rise anywhere.
When is this bug going to be addressed? I feel uncomfortable using Review 360 with it's current 50/50 success rate.
Any suggestions on how to get the system to restart itself and look again for feedback? I see others have had comments just randomly come back. Was wondering if anyone found any tips or tricks.
Thanks!
Hi JudeReynolds-56!
Sorry to hear that Review 360 comments are behaving so erratically! I understand how frustrating that can be.
I'm happy to connect you with our senior support engineers. I've just opened a support case on your behalf, so they can troubleshoot with you privately on this issue.
We can continue the conversation there, to keep all information in one spot.

Hi JennCooper!
I'm sorry to hear you and your colleague are having trouble accessing Review 360 comments!
It's helpful to know that you've already checked the 'Resolved Comments' option. I'd like to connect you with our support engineers, so they can have a closer look at this behavior.
I've opened a support case on your behalf and they should be connecting with you via e-mail, shortly!

We're experiencing the same issue where the comments are lost. I noticed again just now how one comment I posted disappeared then reappeared - I saw this happen a couple of times for the same comment.
I've resorted to keep exporting to CSV so at least I have them saved somewhere.
Can you open a support case for me too :)- JudeReynolds-56Community Member
If it helps this just came up after a comment disappeared and I was waiting for it to reappear.

My team is using this today and if two people are commenting on the same slide and one of them posts their comment, the comment of the other person who has not posted is deleted. How do we avoid this from happening.
Hi KarenBryant-290,
I'm happy to help!
Do you mean the two people are commenting on the same course at the same time? Are they both able to post a comment successfully if they're the only one reviewing the course? They may want to check that they're using a supported browser and logged in using their own Articulate ID's or emails.
If the issue persists, I'd like to connect you with one of our Support Engineers in a case!
