Review 360 - Feedback disappeared

Sorry to hear that Review 360 comments are behaving so erratically! I understand how frustrating that can be.
I'm happy to connect you with our senior support engineers. I've just opened a support case on your behalf, so they can troubleshoot with you privately on this issue.
We can continue the conversation there, to keep all information in one spot.
My team is using this today and if two people are commenting on the same slide and one of them posts their comment, the comment of the other person who has not posted is deleted. How do we avoid this from happening.

Do you mean the two people are commenting on the same course at the same time? Are they both able to post a comment successfully if they're the only one reviewing the course? They may want to check that they're using a supported browser and logged in using their own Articulate ID's or emails.
