Review 360 - Feedback disappeared

Heyo, saw this was posted a few years back as an issue, seems the issue is still present? I put two courses up for review using Review 360. One of them all the comments and feedback came through. ...

If it helps this just came up after a comment disappeared and I was waiting for it to reappear.
