Review 360 - Feedback disappeared

Sorry to hear that Review 360 comments are behaving so erratically! I understand how frustrating that can be.

I'm currently having the same issue: some comments stick and others don't. This is a complete disaster for my course development. A complete disaster! I have a dozen very busy, very senior level reviewers who absolutely do not have time to do it over. And what is the guarantee their comments won't disappear again! This isn't a glitch in Review . . . it's the whole point of Review. If it doesn't work, take it offline until it does.
