content library- where is it?

Just received access. where is the content libray in rise 360? not in any of the tabs at the top.

You can access Content Library 360 in Rise when adding images in these lesson and block types:
- Quiz lessons
- All quote blocks
- All image blocks
- All gallery blocks
- These interactive blocks: accordion, tabs, labeled graphic, process, timeline, scenario, flashcard grid, flashcard stack, and knowledge check
