That's a great question, Brooke!
The portion of the Terms of Service you quoted relates to your Articulate 360 license, not the content you create.
You own the rights to all content you create. You may post it to any website or LMS, distribute it to any audience, and charge learners a fee to access it.
Also, you are free to use the graphics available in Content Library 360 in content you intend to sell to the public. They're all royalty free for commercial and non-commercial use—no attribution required.
This is outlined in the Terms of Service, Section 3: Your Content.
- 3.1. Ownership. You retain all rights and ownership of your content. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.
