Content Library License to use anywhere?

A useful discussion, but to just to add another two questions...we don't find the PDF export version (Rise) very useful for layout and accessibility reasons so create our own alternative,usually in Microsoft Word. Until the export improves, are we free to use the images used in the Rise in our Word version? On a similar subject, I have an Articulate tab in Powerpoint that allows me to use the content library so does this mean I can import images into any PowerPoint presentation? The discussion above suggests not, however the funcationality is there. Thanks for your help, Jane
