Based on the screenshot, it looks like the application encounters an error when downloading and importing content from the Content Library into your project file. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Are you able to replicate the behavior in a new project file?
- Are you working locally when making changes to your Storyline 360 course?
- Is this happening for all templates available in Content Library 360?
