Content Library with Storyline 360 trial

When I go to use the Storyline 360 product (a part of my Articulate 360 trial),  it tells me that I need to subscribe. Can I use it with the 30 day trial? I read somewhere yes but my does not al...

Hi Kris,

Are you having difficulty with Storyline 360 specifically or with the content library assets within Storyline 360? They should be available for you to use and view during the trial of Articulate 360. Can you tell me more about what happens when you're trying to use it?

    Hi Ashley,

    I think I'm running into the same thing. I'm using the 360 trial and attempting to insert a slide from the Content Library. It's telling me I need a subscription and the insert slide button has a locked padlock icon on it:

    Hi Ashley,
    In articulate 360 and studio 360 they are saying I need a subscription
    I'm using a surface tablet.
    I'm wondering if I installed it wrong
    Should I reinstall as admin or something like that?
    Internet explorer is my default browser.
    Not sure if that matters.
